This is a 3-hour class filled with achievable, healthy living tips.

Tips on achievable daily hydration
Tips for breathing, stretching, & movement
Demonstrations of vegan and vegetarian replacements for cheese, eggs, beef, chicken, & fish
Tips for making tasty and healthy juices, teas, & smoothies
Tips for plant-based meal options when eating in restaurants
Mind, body, & Spirit tips to achieve and to maintain behavior change.
The workshop also includes:
30 mins of yoga & a plant-based lunch

Brooke Brimm, Brooke Brimm is a 200-hour Yoga Instructor and Metaphysical Practitioner who uses yoga and meditation, creative expression, holistic living, writing, and inner healing counseling to encourage others to live with healthier minds, bodies, & Spirits. As a Trained Spiritual Counselor with degrees in both professional counseling (Master’s) and Holistic Life Counseling (Ph.D.), Brooke offers special skills in facilitating self-discovery & Holistic Living.
Brooke had extensive knowledge of plant-based living, juicing, and nutrient-dense eating, she has been an administrator and a developer of a large Facebook group dedicated to juicing and nutrition. She believes that each individual has that which is needed inside of herself to Live, Love, Give, & Grow to be more of who she is.
